Zenith has tailored
design which specifically minimises stress effects resulting from vibrations,
shock loads, expansion by heat and impact.
The design allows for simple dismantling and refitting of the tank for
maintenance and repair purposes.
Zenith design protects the tank and the cladding from impact. Not only does this enhances safety, it also helps cut down unnecessary repair bills.
The criterion set by Zenith for their prototype testing exceeds the requirements stipulated by rules and regulations. This demonstrates our confidence in the superior strength of our design. The dynamic test of 5G surpasses that of ISO (2G) and AAR 600 (4G). Zenith specific a G factor (max gross wt) of 34,000 kg rather than the more conventional G factor of 30,480 kg.
